Poli Fartride ("the app") is a single-player mobile game published by ForHisKingdom LLC, trading as Samyu Studio, a limited liability company based in Austin, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). ForHisKingdom LLC is the data controller for this app and the operator of samyu.studio. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not collect.

The short version

The app has no accounts, no login, and no servers of its own. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information about you.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your best distance, your coin balance, which characters you own, and your sound settings in local device storage. This never leaves your device, is not visible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising

The app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process device information such as a mobile advertising identifier, general (non-precise) location derived from IP address, and information about ad interactions. We never receive this information in a form that identifies you; we only see aggregate revenue reporting.

Where required by law, the app presents a consent choice before serving personalized ads. On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalized. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases of in-game coins are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details.

Children

Poli Fartride is political satire intended for a general teen and adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can delete all data the app holds by uninstalling it. You can control ad personalization through your device's privacy settings, and through the consent prompt where one is shown.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
